Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Conditions

  • Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and have tags attached
  • For customer-initiated returns, round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover the shipping costs

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with tags removed or damaged packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Custom-made items (marking, engraving, etc.)

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Request a return/exchange from Order History
  2. Customer service confirms and contacts you
  3. Item pickup (courier collection or self-shipping)
  4. After inspection, exchange is shipped or refund is processed

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection of the returned item. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on the card issuer.
