Returns & Exchanges
Return/Exchange Conditions
- Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
- Items must be unopened, unused, and have tags attached
- For customer-initiated returns, round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover the shipping costs
Non-Returnable Cases
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with tags removed or damaged packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
- Custom-made items (marking, engraving, etc.)
Return/Exchange Process
- Request a return/exchange from Order History
- Customer service confirms and contacts you
- Item pickup (courier collection or self-shipping)
- After inspection, exchange is shipped or refund is processed
Refund Information
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection of the returned item. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on the card issuer.
