Can I order without an account?▾
Currently, you need to log in to place an order. Please sign up for a quick registration.
What payment methods are available?▾
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Can I change the shipping address after ordering?▾
You can change the shipping address only when the order status is "Order Placed." Please change it in Order History or contact customer service.
I want to cancel my order.▾
You can cancel orders with "Order Placed" or "Confirmed" status from Order History. Orders already being prepared for shipping cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?▾
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation, and delivery takes 1-2 business days after shipping. Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days.
How much is shipping?▾
Standard shipping costs ₩3,000. Orders over ₩50,000 qualify for free shipping.
Where can I check my shipping status?▾
You can check shipping status on the Order History page. A tracking number is provided when the item ships.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I request a return/exchange?▾
Request a return/exchange from Order History within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unopened and unused.
When will I get my refund?▾
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
