Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KT wiz Shop ("Company") and users regarding the use of services provided through the online shopping mall operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Shopping Mall" refers to the website operated by the Company to provide products to users.
• "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Shopping Mall and use services in accordance with these Terms.
• "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Shopping Mall and can continuously use the services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Shopping Mall screen or notified to users by other means. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws, and shall announce changes at least 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company provides the following services: product information and purchase agreements, delivery of purchased products, and other services determined by the Company. The Company may change service content due to product unavailability or technical specification changes, and will announce such changes.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

The Company may temporarily suspend services due to system maintenance, replacement, malfunction, or communication disruption. Prior notice will be given, and if prior notice is not possible due to unavoidable reasons, notice will be given afterwards.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the format set by the Company and expressing agreement to these Terms. Membership registration is completed upon the Company's acceptance of the application.
